Daily List: Records in season-opening games for every GHSA team

Marion County is the only football-playing school in GHSA history that has never lost a season-opening game. The Eagles, who will play host to Schley County on Friday, are 11-0 in season openers. That doesn’t count a 12-16-1 record in openers as Tri-County, a school that comprised Marion, Schley and Webster. Schley formed its own high school in 2000, and Webster followed in 2006, when Marion came to be. Below are the records of all 420 GHSA teams.
