Answer to Tuesday’s question: The six former Georgia high school quarterbacks to lead college teams to major NCAA national championships in the past 40 years are Buck Belue of Valdosta (1980 Georgia), Homer Jordan of Cedar Shoals (1981 Clemson), Shawn Jones of Thomasville (1990 Georgia Tech), Charlie Ward of Thomas County Central (1993 Florida State), Cam Newton of Westlake (2011 Auburn) and Deshaun Watson of Gainesville (2016 Clemson).
