The Georgia Dome will be the site for Georgia high school football games for the last time this weekend with the eight state-championship games. The Dome will make way next season for the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, new home of the Atlanta Falcons.

The first regular-season football game ever played in the Dome was a high school contest between Brookwood and McEachern on Sept. 5, 1992.

There have been 167 schools to play at least once game in the Dome since then. State finalists Rome and Fellowship Christian will add to that list this weekend.

Here are the schools that have played in the Dome in those 25 years with their number of appearances. Most of their games have been in the Corky Kell Classic and the state semifinals and finals.

They are ranked by appearances.
